S&J Properties was established in 2015 with a purchase in Belle Vue Road, Ipswich; since then further properties have been carefully selected in the North East of Ipswich. 

All of our houses are period properties close to the Town Centre, maintained to a high standard throughout (amidst both age and character) and are unfurnished. At the heart of the company is “connection" between Landlord and Tenant and open “communications” with a “give/take” attitude from both parties throughout the relationship. 

The Tenancy is managed direct with the Landlords who are normally available to deal with any issues arising of any nature. The landlords have long standing and trusted relationships with many Trades who also know the properties inside and out! However, owing to good communications, trusted trades and a meticulous maintenance regime (particularly between tenancies), property problems rarely occur. 

Each home is supplied with white goods (maintained by the landlords), annual British Gas Homecare Plan, curtain poles, is thoroughly cleaned (including professionally cleaned oven) and a comprehensive manual regarding all property aspects. Typical rubbish and discarded “bits and bobs” often left in rented properties is not a feature at S&J Properties - the only left item you will find is a bottle of Champagne welcoming you to your new home!
